ISE Sector Index futures are designed for institutional and retail investors who want to speculate, hedge or balance equity portfolios according to specialized industries.

USFE contracts based on ISE Sector Indexes enable investors to target very specific segments of the equity market. Companies in the select industries can hedge against industry performance. Additionally, ISE offers options on its Sector Indexes, providing arbitrage and trading opportunities

3. Does USFE intend to list contracts on the remaining ISE Sector Indexes?

USFE is constantly reviewing new products to be offered on the exchange. At this time, we plan to evaluate the needs of the marketplace and track usage of currently-listed ISE Sector Index futures before opening contracts on the remaining indexes.

In 2007, ISE announced a partnership with First Trust to launch exchange-traded funds based on ISE proprietary indexes, including ETFs on the ISE Gold™ Index, ISE Water™, ISE-Revere Natural Gas™ Index and ISE CHIndia™ Index.

Yes. ISE offers options contracts based on all of its Sector Indexes and other proprietary indexes.
