Since April 2006, Andreas Preuß is a member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Boerse AG and the Chief Executive Officer of Eurex Zurich AG, Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG. Since June 2006, he is also a member of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland as well as Chairman of the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. From 2002-2006, he was the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Mako Group, London, a leading trading house and market maker in exchange traded fixed income and index options. From 2000 to 2001, Preuß was President of Trading Technologies in Evanston, Chicago. From 1990 to 2000, he held leading positions within Deutsche Boerse AG, lastly being a member of the Eurex Management Board, responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Sales. Preuß made a significant contribution in the setup of the Deutsche Terminboerse (DTB), the predecessor of Eurex. He was also directly involved in the founding and setting up of Eurex to the largest derivatives exchange worldwide. Preuß started his career at Dresdner Bank AG in Cologne. Afterwards he was employed as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting in Frankfurt. He studied Economics at the University of Hamburg, majoring in International Management, Finance and Commercial law.

Mike Riffice

Michael A. Riffice has served as a director of USFE since July 2006.
Mr. Riffice has worked as a trader on CME, CBOT, and LIFFE exchanges in interest rate products and has been a member of
several floor based committees. Mr. Riffice was a director of Digital Brokers, Ltd, before joining MF Global in March, 2002.
He currently serves as head of US Interest Rate Options for MF Global, located in New York. Mr. Riffice graduated from the
United States Naval Academy in 1990 and served in Operation Desert Storm. Mike is currently heading the New Product Board
Committee.

David Segel

David is a US Citizen, and has been a UK resident since 1992. David attended Yale University and has a B.A. in Physics and Philosophy. He is married with three children, ages 11, 9 and 8. Dave is the founder, Chairman and CEO of the Mako Group since 1999. Mako is an International Derivatives firm specializing in pricing and trading exchange listed options, it is the largest of its kind in Europe. Mako is growing presently in the USA. Also operates Investment Management Services, including several hedge funds.
David's other involvements include serving as Chairman of the Board of Alpha USA since 2004, Patron of Hope HIV since 2001 and Trustee of Call to Business since 2000.
